| - For PERSONAL use only. Do not sell or claim the artwork as your own. I do not allow any commissions to be used for NFT's or for anything that relates to AI. |
| - Commissions are non-refundable. Unless stated otherwise, if the piece has not been started in 90 days, you have a right to refund. Please be sure about your order as I will not refund/cancel it once the money has been sent and I have begun on your commission. |
| - Payment is upfront and through PayPal or GCash. I will only start once I receive it. For customers using PayPal, please provide me with your PayPal account email so I can request the payment from you. |
| - You may pay in USD or PHP. |
| - Please send me a CLEAR REFERENCE of what you would like me to draw. |
| - I will send you a sketch before I render the full drawing. It is during this stage that major changes can be done. Please don't hesitate to tell me if there are things that need to be adjusted--I will change things accordingly until you are happy! Once the sketch is approved, I will continue on with your order. |
| - Commissions usually take 1-2 weeks at best and 3-4 weeks or longer if I have a big workload. Check the queue to see if I've started on your order. I will get to you as soon as I am done with prior orders. |
| - A preview of the finished piece will be sent. Minor changes are welcome, but major changes will no longer accepted. |
| - A high-resolution image of the finished piece will be sent via email. |
| - It's possible that I will use the commission I've done for you as a sample! If this is not okay with you, let me know in advance. |
